Track 12

Nano photonics, Nano Imaging, Spectroscopy & Plasmonic devices

Nanophotonics is the study of the behaviour of light on the nanometre gauge, and of the interaction of nanometer-scale objects with light. It is a division of optics, optical engineering, electrical engineering, and nanotechnology. It often contains metallic components, which can transport and focus light via surface plasmon polaritons.
